It is very unfair to evaluate a High school Geometry teacher for what his/her students get in the reading test, just because this year is the first for EOC geometry. It is more fair that the teacher this year be evaluated leaving out the students 50% part.
Whoever put this in this way has very little idea and a nule experience of putting his/ her feet inside a classroom, however this person in Tallahassee is part of the brained people affecting teachers’ salaries.
This is similar to evaluate a medical physician based on the patients he attends. What happens is the patient does not follow the treatment?
